ThreadGrid is beta software provided free of charge and as is, without warranty. It can run developer tools and AI agents that modify files on your computers. Review changes before you merge or deploy them.
The beta
Features may change, break or be removed while ThreadGrid is in beta. Keep backups of anything that matters, and use version control. We may pause or end the beta at any time.
Your account
You need an account to pair devices, use the relay and get notifications. Keep your sign-in methods secure: anyone signed in as you can pair new devices to your account. You're responsible for what happens under your account.
Your AI providers
You're responsible for following the terms of the AI providers whose tools and subscriptions you connect. ThreadGrid runs those providers' official tools under your own accounts. We don't resell access to any provider.
What agents do
Agents you start through ThreadGrid act on your computers with your permissions. ThreadGrid asks before protected actions such as pushing code, but you choose the access level and answer the approvals, and you're responsible for the result.
Acceptable use
- Don't use ThreadGrid or its relay to attack, overload or get around the limits of any service, including ours.
- Don't try to access other people's accounts, devices or data.
- Don't use ThreadGrid to break the law or anyone else's terms.
We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
Your code, prompts and results are yours. They stay on your devices, and we don't claim any rights to them.
Donations
Donations are voluntary and non-refundable. They don't buy any feature or level of service.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for lost data, lost work, provider charges or other damage that comes from using the beta.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above, and tell you in the app or by email about significant changes.
