ThreadGrid runs the AI coding agents you already pay for on your own computers, and picks which one does each job. These pages get you from download to a finished job.
Start here
- Quickstart: install on a Mac or Windows PC and finish your first job in about ten minutes.
- Set up your agents: Claude, Codex and OpenCode.
Ways to run a job
- A plain thread. One agent, picked for you, works on its own branch.
- Fusion: plan, build, test and review, with a fix round if something fails.
- Compare: two or three agents try the same task. You keep one.
- Orchestrator: a lead agent splits a bigger job into tasks for up to four workers.
- Computer to computer: send work from your Mac to your Windows PC, or the other way.
Words you'll see
- Thread: one conversation about one piece of work, with its own git branch and worktree.
- Agent: an AI coding tool ThreadGrid can drive: Claude, Codex or OpenCode.
- Capacity: how much of an agent's plan is left before it resets. Every reading says where it came from: exact, observed, estimated or unknown.
- Approval: a protected action, such as a push, that waits for you.
What's not in the beta yet
